Scenarios for the development of fisheries activities in Primorsky Region as the basis for national food security

Development of fisheries Primorsky Territory should be interconnected and subordinated to one strategic goals throughout the State shall. The article developed the inertial and basic scenarios of RHD When in Maritime Territory. The results show that in the case of reduction of investment costs for the development of fisheries will lag systematic quantitative and quality-performance-governmental fishery enterprises of Primorye, which would create a threat to food security in the country.
